BOUQUETS

FLOWER AVAILABILITY
Flowers are seasonal and are subject to availability.
Bouquets will vary from the images shown, but we will always select something similar to the arrangement you have chosen.

 

PACKAGING
Bouquets come wrapped in wax paper or arranged in a vase depending on the option selected.
The price includes a handwritten note card. Please add your personal message at check out.

WEEKLY FLOWERS

Weekly flowers will vary from the images shown, but we will always select something similar to the package you have chosen.
Weekly flowers come wrapped in wax paper.

 

HOW IT WORKS
We offer three types of flower packages to choose from.
Simply choose the type of flowers and day of the week you would like to receive your flowers.
Select a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly subscription.
Delivery of your first order will take place in the following week after subscribing.

 

DEBIT ORDER / PAYMENT
Payment will be processed per delivery and will take place approximately 2-3 days before the delivery date. You can check the next delivery date in My Account under My Subscriptions.

 

CHANGES, PAUSES & CANCELLATIONS TO YOUR ORDER
You can cancel, pause or make changes to your subscription.
Changes must be made by latest Tuesday 5pm the week prior to your delivery.
Simply log into ‘My Account’ and supply instructions.
If a subscription is cancelled within the specified notice period, a refund will be issued.
Cancelations or pausing of subscriptions after the specified notice period will still be delivered and charged for.

PLANTS

Potted plants and Orchids are supplied in standard nursery pots.
Plants are organic and no two plants are alike, therefore plants may vary from the images.
Each plant is supplied with caring instructions.
Hanging plants come with standard black nylon string and a s-hook for suspension.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift cards are delivered by email and can be used online or instore.

We offer PayFast as payment method.

Returns & Refunds

CLAIMS
For any problems with fresh flowers, plants and products we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph is required to support any claims.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@opusstudio.co.za and include your photograph and proof of purchase to support your claim.

SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by mail that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you by original method of payment.
