Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Zones & Charges

Our courier delivers throughout South Africa.
All prices exclude delivery costs.
Delivery costs are determined and provided at check-out.

 

BOUQUETS, WEEKLY FLOWERS & ORCHIDS
Due to the fragile nature of fresh flowers and orchids, these items are only available within Cape Town CBD & surrounding areas.

Delivery Times

BOUQUETS
Orders must be placed by 1pm for next day delivery.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 10am & 16pm (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on the weekend & public holidays will be delivered on the following business day unless another weekday is selected.
You can select your delivery date on the checkout page. If this day happens to fall on a public holiday, the flowers will be delivered on the next business day.

 

WEEKLY FLOWERS

Deliveries are Wednesday to Friday between 10:00am & 16:00pm (excluding public holidays).
The frequency of your delivery will be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as selected during the checkout process.
If you are a new subscriber delivery of your first order will take place in the following week after subscribing. Should a subscription delivery date fall on a public holiday, delivery will take place the following day.

 

PLANTS & PRODUCTS
Delivery time will depend on your order and delivery location.
Delivery time for plants & products are 3-5 working days.

Delivery Instructions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided is valid and correct.
Special delivery instructions can be provided under ‘Order Notes’ on the check out page.
We can not be held responsible for orders which miss their intended recipient.
Should no one be home to receive their order, the order will be returned to our studio for redelivery the next day.

Re-delivery

Should no one be home to receive their order, the order will be returned to our studio for redelivery the next day.
We will inform you via email and wait for instructions on the second delivery.
Re-delivery will be charged as a second delivery fee.

Tracking your order

You will receive three emails when you place your order:

1. Confirmation email confirming that we have received your order

2. Shipping email informing you when your order is on its way with a tracking link to view your delivery status.

3. Completion email to confirm that your order has been delivered.
