When Danielle came to us, she had already established herself as a big name in the embroidery art world. With that success, however, came a few challenges: website traffic overload, multiple sales of one-off items, international payment failures, issues with shipping logistics. Danielle was having to manage these elements whilst still trying to create her amazing artwork.
We moved Danielle from a standard website hosted by Shopify to a custom-designed WordPress site with FedEx integration, geolocated currency conversion, stock reducer with checkout timer, and a custom set PayU online payment system. Eventually, we set her up on an AWS EC2 instance with elastic load balancing and Cloudfront CDM (which basically meant that her website could handle the traffic it was getting). We also manage her website: checking for new orders, packaging, and shipping all her sales within 2 working days (depending on stock-on-hand or framing requirements).
This is a great example of how we are able to use our expertise to implement a system that works for the client and take the workload and stress off of them, allowing them to concentrate on what they do best.
